Our mission is to transform the way organisations work through teamwork and problem solving. Our bespoke programmes of mentoring, training and process design unlock individual potential, to elevate teams to work more effectively.
Our story
teamUp isn’t a traditional mentoring platform. It was born after co-founders of the successful digital agency TwoBees, Jennifer and Simon, realised they had a toolbox of skills to share with the world.
By asking questions of themselves and their clients, Jennifer and Simon noticed they used their experience, skills and knowledge to get to the heart of what teams really needed to thrive. Having successfully supported organisations like the Open University, Google and Speedo to work more effectively, they developed a framework for individual and team success. And so teamUp was born. Built on a passion for problem-solving and teamwork, they created a unique mentoring experience that combines training and process design.

Jennifer Begg

As Co-founder of TwoBees, Jennifer’s worked in media and communications for 18 years and has delivered thousands of hours of training and learning development programmes. From the commercial team at Guardian News & Media to developing educational curricula and delivering large-scale, national social media campaigns, she combines practical experience with training delivery.

Simon Begg

Before Co-founding TwoBees, Simon managed large teams across the UK and abroad for some of the UK’s fastest growing companies. Structured workflows and team processes come second nature to Simon, having led marketing teams and being responsible for multi-million pound budgets. He’s seen first hand the impact learning and development has on busy teams, creating synergies and improving team morale.
