Group Emerging Talent Programme
Enrol junior team members in our Group Emerging Talent Programme to foster confidence and skills that will take their careers to the next level.
Groups of up to ten can be entirely from your organisation, or your team members can join a group of peers from outside of your organisation. The group will work with an expert mentor, who will facilitate process design training and group coaching sessions. Participants will complete a personal assessment, and have access to live webinars, e-learning materials, tools and forums.
